An Anaerobics activity is the physical activity, that, while doing it, there is not enough oxygen to oxidise or burn the glucose.

During this activity, glucose is partially oxidized to produce energy.

However, there is a penalty here, whereby the byproduct of this incomplete burning is Lactic Acid.

Lactic acid will make us feel tired, the muscles become fatigued and sore. Thus during anaerobic activities, we get tired easily.

Examples of anaerobic activities are running very fast, jumping, fast cycling etc
